I am here to know about you. You are the expert of your experience and pain. If you are looking for someone who will make you feel better, I may not be the right choice of intervention. As a behavior coach, I am here to help you see, be open, be present and be aware of your behavior and how that is working for you. I am here to help you live your life that is aligned with your values. I use behavioral analytic principles in behavioral transformation by utilizing Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT), Focused Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (FACT), and Processed Based Therapy (PBT). My role is to help you improve your health and well-being and overcome obstacles that are getting in the way of life. As a team, between us, we work together to do something practical, like develop a new behavioral skill or alternative strategy that you can take away. Sometimes just this one session is enough for people; it gets them moving in the right direction, and that’s all they need. And sometimes people like to come back a few times, to go a bit further with the work.

Parent Consultation/Coaching (PC) is an indirect, structured, supportive, collaborative, problem-solving relationship between the coach and the parent. The focus of this consultation is to deepen our understanding of our parenting behavior, to awaken the parenting patterns, and to increase behavioral flexibility using Acceptance and Commitment Training/Treatment (ACT) and conscious parenting skills with the Certified Conscious Parenting Method ™ Coach (CPMC). It involves problem identification, functional analysis, implementation, evaluation, and ongoing progress monitoring for adherence and fidelity of the intervention and its effect and effectiveness on the family dynamic, using the enhanced ACT behavioral intervention method.
