Meditation In Nature

This training is weaved in all coaching sessions. In addition, individual and small group mindfulness trainings are available. Each session involves 15 -20 minutes of guided meditation, meditation recording to practice and 20 minutes of deepening through inquiries and investigations. Topics may include:
