A Balance of Needs
Our children spend most of their waking hours in their schools. When the schools and families work together, the interventions can be most transformative and effective. It is a fine delicate dance between the school administrators, teachers, staff, and families. The goal must be to understand and have clarity in what is needed to best support the student, while at the same time, realizing the possible barriers that may get in the way.
School administrators and teachers also have their own inner triggers that must be recognized, respected and valued so they may reveal their limiting beliefs that show up unconsciously.

Elizabeth has over 30 years of experience in working in various school settings, as a behavior therapist, classroom teacher, reading specialist, behavioral consultant and assessor.
